What our gutter repair includes
Most gutter problems start small — a hanger works loose, a seam starts to weep, one section begins to droop. Left alone, that turns into overflow and water at the foundation. We track down the actual cause and fix it, not just the spot you happened to notice.
- Re-secure sagging sections and replace or tighten loose, failing hangers
- Reseal leaking seams and joints so water stays inside the gutter run
- Re-pitch gutters to the correct slope so water flows toward the downspouts
- Reattach or replace sections that have pulled away from the fascia
- Realign and re-secure downspouts so they carry water away from the home
- Check the fascia board and fasteners behind the gutter for rot and movement
Why timely gutter repair matters
A leaking or sagging gutter dumps water right at the base of your home, exactly where you don't want it — soaking the soil against the foundation, rotting fascia, and finding its way into basements and crawl spaces. A repair is a fraction of the cost of the rot and foundation damage it prevents, which is why catching it early is the cheapest move you can make.
Repair or replace? We'll tell you straight
Some gutters just need a few hangers, a reseal, and a re-pitch to work like new. Others are too far gone to be worth patching. We'll give you an honest assessment of what your system actually needs — and if a repair will hold, we'll say so. No upselling you into a full replacement you don't need.
