What our gutter inspection includes
This is a real, top-to-bottom look at your gutter system — not a glance from the driveway. We get up on the roofline, trace water from where it lands to where it drains, and document anything that's working against your home.
- Inspect every gutter run for debris buildup, sagging, and rust
- Check seams, joints, and hangers for separation, leaks, and loose fasteners
- Test downspout flow end to end to confirm water actually drains through
- Look for water-damage signs on fascia boards and along the roofline
- Confirm the slope and pitch are draining correctly — not pooling
- Give you a clear, honest summary of what's good and what needs attention
Why a gutter inspection matters
Catching a small issue early — a loose hanger, a hairline seam leak, a downspout that's half-blocked — is cheap and quick to fix. Letting it ride is how you end up with rotted fascia, stained siding, or water tracking down to the foundation. An inspection tells you what's coming before it becomes the expensive version.
No-pressure, no-upsell
We tell you what actually needs doing — nothing more. If your gutters are in good shape, we'll say so and you'll know you can stop worrying about them. If something needs attention, you'll get a straight explanation of what and why, and it's your call where to go from there.
